The Hollybush is located on the outskirts of Stafford in the picturesque village of Seighford. The pub was saved by the villagers of Seighford, who came together to buy it as Seighford Pub Co. Opening 29th November 2012 and managed by The Titanic Brewery, The Hollybush is once again a fantastic village pub, but also attracting people from further afield for the great food and beer on offer.
We offer a range of contemporary and traditional dishes freshly
cooked and using local ingredients to suit every palate.
Our Menu has a choice of lunchtime or evening dishes with
lighter options and snacks available.
Children are always welcome, we offer a delicious and nutritious children's menu, we also have children's high chairs available for our younger guests.
