The Hollybush has a new tenant
We are pleased to announce that he Hollybush has a new tenant, Michael Huntley, has moved from The Kings Arms in Eccleshall, to take on the tenancy at the Hollybush.
Michael brings with him many years of experience in the pub industry and will be a great asset. He has plans for a new menu, new ideas, he’s a former wine merchant and is looking forward to the challenge of running the Hollybush as a Free House.
We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to Dave Bott, Mark Robbie and the Titanic Brewery for all the good work they have done in the last 4 years.
It’s easy to forget that 4 years ago we had an empty shell of a pub with no business and no tenant to run it, Titanic came in and re launched the Hollybush and will leave us with a viable business.
